   Have we really loved our lives... Despite its relatively low viewing rate, this drama received enthusiastic responses from netizens, as it showed somewhat heavy topic of "life" in a right tone through various characters whom we could easily meet in our real lives. Bae Yongjune, who returned to TV screen after his 9-months absence, was just Jaeho.
   It is very difficult to describe Jaeho in simple words because he is so reflective of ourselves. He is tender-minded although he looks strong and he is strong despite he has tenderness. Given up by his mother when he was 12 years old, following a death of his father, Jaeho distrusts the world and only goes after his own success and money. When he meets Hyunsue, a daughter of a wealthy businessman, he intentionally approaches her. Jaeho, however, becomes embarrassed when he discovered his feeling of love for naive Shinhyung, his college instructor, who is 3 years senior to him, after he takes advantage of her to get closer to Hyunsue.
    Although he does not care how he is called as long as he gets what he wants, he is not so bad as to deny his purity. Jaeho says he does not mind working for 24 hours a day until his nose bleeds as long as Shinhyung is with him. Although he finally gets Shinhyung¡¯s love despite much difficulties and he fulfills his beautiful love with Shinhyung with smiles as if he has all the world, the reality is not so easy for him. After all, he falls on his knees due to his ill fortune and lets Shinhyung go away from him, holding back his tears.
    While he and Hyunsue give each other hard time as Jaeho cannot open his heart to Hyunsue, even though he chooses her over Shinhyung because of money, Jaeho becomes ill with brain tumor. Although Jaeho gives up himself, having already lived in despair losing everything he had, ever since he sent Sinhyung away, Shinhyung encourages him to gain back his desire to live again. Jaeho cries out aloud, screaming that he wants to live, as Shinhyung embraces him.
Opening up his mind, Jaeho eventually obtained Shinhyung¡¯s parents¡¯ permission to marry her with difficulties and begins dreamy honeymoon with Shinhyung. However, his condition becomes worse and he does not wake up again after he falls comfortably in sleep in the bosom of Shinhyung.
